gosok gigi.
makan pagi.
senang hati.

wah..terer x leeya bikin pantun pagi2 neh.. wanna wish all of u happy weekend..gunela wekend yg ade ni dgn sewajarnyer.. for students,mybe tgah exam week kan...so jum kte study very3 hard..nak bjaye x?? x nak repeat paper kan?? so grab the chances..utk para pkerje yg wekend,have fun wif your family yeah..sok da nak stat keje daaa...hu3..

ok ok.back to the main topic..korg tau x yg breakfast tue sgt pnting dlm hdup kte sbg mnusie? penting camner tue??and knpe pnting erk??

NO! nie la statement yg kte slalu dgr.. actually salah taw kwn2..bile kte bgun awl pg, perot kte dah blapar almost 11 hours..kalau manusie yg bgun lmbat plak?? lg btambah larh jam die erk..so,ble perot kte ksong,body kte akn mgunekan kalori utk tenaga.. maka, anda prlu la breakfast utk gnti balik kalori tuh..kalau kte keep on gune kalori tu je xelok jgak sbb ley mnyebabkan metabolisme kte jd lambat..

     fyi,mostly sel dlm bdan kte boleh simpan tnaga dlm mse yg lame..tp sel otak sgt2 memerlukan karbohidrat utk function..so bile xde mkanan,hormon stres akn btindak skaligus mnyebabkan kte mjdi lesu & keletihan..camne kte nak buat keje dgn pnuh semngat kalau kte x breakfast??? 

     akhirulkalam, say YES to BREAKFAST! jum brekfast same2..

  3. Good info and really agree dgn Statement say yes to Breakfast. Akak mmg particular bab breakfast, if not macamana otak nak mula kerja if tak ade input..Tul tak??? Salam kenal
